Convert your 6.7 Powerstroke to a direct hood-exit exhaust with a handcrafted stainless steel hood stack kit from TruBlu Fab.

Designed for 2015–2026 Ford Super Duty trucks, each kit is fabricated and back-purge TIG-welded in Pennsylvania using 304 stainless steel.

Fitment has not yet been confirmed for F-650 or F-750 trucks. Contact TruBlu Fab before ordering for an unconfirmed application.

This kit may not fit relocated turbos, compound-turbo systems or other custom turbo configurations.

What’s included

• Fabricated 3-inch stainless lower pipe section

• 4-inch stainless hood-exit up-pipe

• Stainless clamp connecting the 4-inch up-pipe to the 3-inch lower section

What’s not included

• Turbo/downpipe band clamp

• Heat wrap or other heat-management materials

• Installation tools

• Installation labor

The original turbo exhaust band clamp must be reused during installation. Inspect the factory clamp before beginning and replace it separately if it is damaged or worn.

Globally Sourced Stainless — $649

Built using globally sourced 304 stainless components and fabricated by TruBlu Fab in Pennsylvania.

USA-Sourced Stainless — $799

Built using USA-sourced 304 stainless components and fabricated by TruBlu Fab in Pennsylvania.

Both versions use the same TruBlu design, fitment and back-purge TIG-welding process. The difference is the source and cost of the stainless components.

Installation requirements

This kit replaces the existing exhaust routing with a hood-exit exhaust.

Installation requires:

• Removal or disconnection of the existing exhaust

• Reuse of the factory turbo exhaust band clamp

• Cutting a properly positioned opening in the hood

• Assembly of the 3-inch lower section and 4-inch up-pipe

• Verification of clearance around wiring, hoses, bodywork and other heat-sensitive components

• Final alignment before fully tightening the clamps

Measure carefully before cutting the hood. Professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable performing these modifications.

Made to order

This product is fabricated specifically for your order. Please allow up to four weeks for fabrication before shipment.

Many orders are completed sooner, but completion dates are not guaranteed. Carrier transit time begins after fabrication is complete and is separate from the stated production time.

Cancellations and returns

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, fabrication and material allocation may begin. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded after that point.

This policy does not prevent TruBlu Fab from addressing an item that arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing issue. Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem.

Hood-exit exhaust systems may not comply with emissions, inspection, noise or road-use regulations in every location. The purchaser is responsible for confirming all applicable requirements before installation.
