1st & 2nd Gen Cummins Stock-Turbo Hoodstack Kit | H1C / HX35

Convert your 1st- or 2nd-generation Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins to a hood stack with a purpose-built pipe fabricated by TruBlu Fab Shop. Fits the 1st-gen factory H1C turbo and compatible 2nd-gen HX35 turbos with the matching five-bolt outlet in the factory location.

Constructed from 3-inch 304 stainless steel, this pipe is TIG welded using an argon purge for clean, durable internal and external welds.

• 1/2-inch steel mounting flange
• HX35 five-bolt outlet gasket
• Five mounting bolts

The pipe, flange, gasket and mounting bolts are included in both material options. Tools, hood modification, heat-management materials and installation labor are not included.

FITMENT

• 1st-generation Dodge Ram with the 5.9L 12-valve Cummins and factory H1C turbo
• 1994–1998 Dodge Ram with the 5.9L 12-valve Cummins and compatible HX35 turbo
• 1998.5–2002 Dodge Ram with the 5.9L 24-valve Cummins and compatible HX35 turbo
• H1C / HX35 turbo must have the matching five-bolt outlet and be in the factory location
• Verify your turbo outlet before ordering; not every second-generation stock turbo has the same connection

This pipe is not designed for S300, S400, relocated, compound, or other custom turbo configurations. Contact TruBlu Fab Shop before ordering if you are unsure about your turbo setup.

Manufactured using higher-cost, American-sourced 304 stainless steel components for customers who prioritize domestic material sourcing.

Both versions are fabricated and argon-purge TIG welded by TruBlu Fab Shop.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

The existing exhaust system must be removed before installation. A properly positioned hole must also be cut through the hood for the stack pipe.

The HX35 outlet gasket and five mounting bolts are included. Confirm turbo fitment, bolt engagement and clearance before installation. A separate cosmetic hood stack tip is not included.

Professional installation is recommended. Always verify turbo fitment and clearance around wiring, hoses, bodywork, and other heat-sensitive components before cutting or operating the vehicle.

Heat wrap and other heat-management materials must be purchased separately.

PRODUCTION TIME

Each hood stack pipe is made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for fabrication before your order ships. Carrier transit time begins after fabrication is complete.

Orders that have not shipped may be cancelled on request. Approved cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final; returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect customer-selected options or similar reasons are not accepted.
