1999–2003 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Hood Stack Kit

Convert your 7.3 Powerstroke to a direct hood-exit exhaust with a handcrafted stainless steel hood stack pipe from TruBlu Fab.

Each pipe is fabricated and TIG-welded in Pennsylvania, then finished with TruBlu’s uniform brushed finish. The vehicle-specific routing is designed for 1999–2003 Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 7.3L Powerstroke.

This kit may not fit relocated turbos, custom turbo systems or heavily modified engine-bay configurations. If you are unsure about your setup, contact TruBlu Fab before ordering and include a clear photo of your turbo and downpipe area.

Installation requirements

This kit replaces the existing exhaust routing with a hood-exit exhaust.

Installation requires:

• Removal or disconnection of the existing exhaust

• Cutting a properly positioned opening in the hood

• Access to the turbo/downpipe connection

• Verification of clearance around wiring, hoses, bodywork and other heat-sensitive components

• Final alignment before tightening the V-band clamp

Measure carefully before cutting the hood. Professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable performing these modifications.

Made to order

This product is fabricated specifically for your order. Please allow up to four weeks for fabrication before shipment.

Many orders are completed sooner, but completion dates are not guaranteed. Carrier transit time begins after fabrication is complete and is separate from the stated production time.

Cancellations and returns

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, fabrication and material allocation may begin. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded after that point.

This policy does not prevent TruBlu Fab from addressing an item that arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing issue. Inspect the shipment upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem.

Important notice

Hood-exit exhaust systems may not comply with emissions, inspection, noise or road-use regulations in every location. The purchaser is responsible for confirming all applicable requirements before installation.
