2003–2007 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke S400 Hood Stack Kit

Route the exhaust from an S400-equipped 6.0L Powerstroke directly through the hood with a handcrafted stainless-steel hood stack kit from TRUBLU FAB SHOP.

This kit is intended for custom 6.0 Powerstroke builds using an S400-frame turbocharger. Because turbo placement, piping and supporting modifications can vary between trucks, confirm the dimensions and outlet location of your setup before ordering.

Fitment

Designed for custom Ford Super Duty applications equipped with a 6.0L Powerstroke and an S400-frame turbocharger. This is not a stock-turbo hood stack pipe. Turbo position and other modifications may affect fitment.

Installation

Installation requires cutting the hood. Test-fit the complete pipe, verify turbo alignment and confirm the final hood-exit location before making any cuts. Additional adjustment may be required on modified trucks. Professional installation is recommended.
